By submitting your phone number and opting in, you consent to receiving:

Message frequency depends on your service plan. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support or email binpalsteam@gmail.com. Opting out of SMS may limit certain service updates.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment links or invoices may be sent via text or email. Failure to pay may result in delayed or suspended service. Applicable taxes, late fees, or reinstatement fees may be added as allowed by law. All payments are processed through third-party providers.

5. Service Scheduling & Changes

Service schedules may change due to weather, municipal collection shifts, or property access issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes through SMS or email. If access is blocked or bins are not made available, we may mark the pickup as attempted and resume on the next scheduled visit.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing service by notifying us at least 5 business days before your next scheduled pickup. Prepaid fees may be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion where permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinPals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed reminders caused by carrier issues, weather, municipal changes, or inaccurate information you provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BinPals harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your failure to provide accurate information or access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, operational, or legal changes. The "Last updated" date will show when revisions were made. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
